However, it’s possible that the immune and inflammatory processes now being uncovered can cause damage to certain cells or regions in the brain. FM has long been associated with reduced gray matter in the brain. WebMigraine buddy does an OK job but their "insights" and symptoms are all based on migraines and probably misses some of what might be helpful for fibromyalgia. I've not been diagnosed yet, we are still exploring so tracking will be really important.
