WebApr 10, 2024 · Cons. Year 1 was drastically different than year 2. Year 1 felt chaotic, unorganized, no communication, faulty software & tech, amongst other little things. But year 2 there has been a drastic shift, and it feels like the company is firing on all cylinders. What was once a con has been addressed and fixed.
